Ron Hubbard signed a set of 110 limited edition meters.  100 were light powder blue and the remaining ten are brown or black (at the moment I forget which color).  You are purchasing #86 of the 100 blue meters. GRADING NOTE: The actual owner has this meter in storage and she has access to it if any questions or more pictures are required.  The meter is in excellant condition.  It's original silver cert is for 1979-1980, of course this will be a display model for your personal library/museum and not for auditing.
