There are some highlighting and markings in the written materials. Not many markings and on topics that should be marked. It is used but still in excellent condition. The software containing practice questions can be used for question review, and the questions can be printed from the software for paper review. Also, the MPEP (from which all the questions are taken on the patent bar), is included in electronic form, which is the recommended way to access the MPEP as on the exam you will only have access to an electronic copy.
