Park - Reynoldsville, PA' Description   FOR SALE:  Two 4 lot deeds for a total of 8 cemetery plots all together; side by side.  Plots are located in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania.  Plots are located in "The Garden of the Christus" which are close to the very front of the cemetary.  These plots are very hard to come-by today as the cemetery has been filling up and out further and further since these were first purchased by my grandfather back in the day.  A phone call to the cemetery told me that these plots will cost $650 a piece today, or a total of $5200.00 for all 8.  I'm asking $4000.00 or best offer for all 8, but I will sell separate at $2000.00 for each deed of 4 plots.  I will not separate the plots!  You can either buy one deed of 4 graves or both deeds to get 8 graves total, all side by side.  The picture shows The Garden of the Christus section which is in the very front of the cemetery.  The plots are located in the red shaded area of the picture.  They are lot numbers 653-B, Graves 1-4, and 653-D, Graves 1-4.  You'll save $600 per lot of 4 graves.  Deed transfer fees are $95 per deed.  Feel free to make an offer.  No reasonable offer will be refused.
