It snaps and and looks like fine luggage to store. Very nice and high quality. There are 2 kinds of Califone headphones in the set - just worked out that way. Similar, exactly the same in function, but not exactly the same style.   This junction system in the lid will allow you to plug up to 10 into just one jack of a TV, Cassette player, CD player, record player, filmstrip projector - anything that has an audio jack!! Multi jack capability allows up to 8 people to listen to audio at one time without disturbing the rest of the room. 1/4 " jack on the cord. If your input needs 1/8 inch, adaptors are available.
