Description FREE SHIPPING TO ALL U.S. ADDRESSES!   You are bidding on a MasterPack 2, a collection of mathematical and alphabetizing drills created especially for home-schoolers.  It was developed by Edwin C. Myers, PhD, and produced by The Providence Project.  I bought this package in 1991 so that I could supplement the home-schooled lessons I was giving my two children.  How did it benefit them?  Well, the proof is in the pudding:  My son ended up earning a B.S. at the United States Air Force Academy and my daughter is finishing up her B.S. in Marketing at LSU.   This package was produced before every home had a computer in it, so it is totally hard-copy (paper) based.  The AlphaBetter® drills cover alphabetizing and information finding skills (an example is pictured below) while the CalcuLadder® (levels 4, 5, and 6 are included) drills cover advanced division, place values, estimation, decimals, basic and advanced fractions, percents, English and metric units, and geometric concepts (an example of a Level 4 CalcuLadder® drill is pictured below).   For more information on the AlphaBetter® drills, check out this web site:   AlphaBetter® Drills   For more information on the CalcuLadder® Drills, check out these web sites:   CalcuLadder® 4   CalcuLadder® 5   CalcuLadder® 6   NOTE:  This offer does not include any CD copies of these drills.  Only paper copies are included!   The package includes reproducible paper master copies for all of the AlphaBetter® drills, CalcuLadder® drills, and achievement records (the achievement records allow you to track each student's progress through the set of drills).  Also included are QuicKey® grading keys (which ease the task of correcting the completed tests) and an Instructor’s Guide (pictured below).  Everything comes in the original box.  The box states that this package is a “Unit in the Character and Competence® Series” that is “Character-building,” “Consistent,” “Effective,” and “Easy to Use.”   To use the drills, you simply make a copy of the desired test and use that for the drill.  If you do not wish to make more than one copy, the kit includes three reusable transparent plastic overlay sheets.  When using these, no special markers are needed, regular pencils work fine.  The overlays wash off easily with mild detergent (instructions on how to use these is in the Instructor’s Guide).  I don’t believe I ever used the overlays, but I did tape over the “tabs” on them.  If you want to use them, you may need to remove the transparent tape.   As an “old-school” home-schooling parent, I believe there are certain skills children need to learn via drill work.  Mathematical and alphabetizing skills fall into this category.  I found this package to be perfect for my needs, and so will you!   Good luck on the bidding!             Payment accepted in US dollars only.   We accept PayPal.   We ship worldwide.  If you are located in the United States, shipping is free.  If you are located outside of the United States, there will be extra charges to cover shipping and foreign currency conversion fees.  In this case, please do not pay for the item until we send you an invoice.  That invoice will include the additional fees (they will show as shipping charges).  We will attempt to send the item in the most inexpensive manner possible.   Normally, we will ship USPS Parcel Post.  If you desire quicker shipping, please contact me with your request and I’ll let you know what the extra charges will be.  We will then ship the item when you have sent us the extra funds and they become available to us.   I go to the post office at 0900 each morning, Monday through Saturday (Mountain Time).  If the funds I received for your item are available to me at that time, your item will be shipped ASAP.   If you have any questions or concerns about the purchase of this item please let me know.   I do not consider a transaction complete until I receive 100% positive feedback!
