It was previously moved onto a concrete slab to protect the wood, and should not be difficult to move again. It was whitewashed many years ago with light blue/ gray exterior and white interior. It has a window and flower box on one side, and a hanger hook on the other side for the white porcelain “bucket” that is included. Notice a few shingles are damaged on one side of the roof.  Condition is as shown in the pictures. In regard to the age, my consignor says, "I know this because I know when the property it was sitting on was purchased (in 1910) and the Outhouse was put there, or built there." Obviously, this is for PICK UP ONLY (no shipping), in Rockland County, New York, just north of the Tappan Zee Bridge. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer.
